Can someone tell me how I can get pictures up when i want to post things? how do i save it from the game into a folder?

then you copy your image to a program like paint or other image editor. and save it to your hard drive.

to use in your posts you have to use a site like: http://imageshack.us/

they host your picture, then you copy the link from there to your post, clicking the picture button in the 'post a reply' window so that it appears as an image (not as a link)!

i tried print screening it just brought up a black background but will give it another try

Press ALT+F9 in the FM screen you want to take a picture of and the picture will be created in your Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2011/screenshots folder.
