Is it possible to do this consistently?

I've been playing with Ceuta and was wondering if it was possible to instruct your players to do this consistently:

(SCENARIO 1) Player A runs into the box and usually shoots (orange) the ball often leading to a saved shot or a corner.(SCENARIO 2) But sometimes Player A passes (yellow) it to Player B who is running late in the center and scores an easy goal. Now I've tried a lot of things to instruct my players to ALWAYS do Scenario 2 but to no avail. Maybe you have an idea on how to do that exactly.tactic_25119.jpg
The likeliness of a player passing or shooting in this situation depends on his teamwork attribute, maybe try teaching "looks for pass" preferred move if your in this situation very often
Thanks! I didn't know that Teamwork attribute plays a role in that situation. But I was somehow looking for a tactical adjustment, maybe for my wingers, so they will pass when they are in an awkward angle.
try winger with a support duty and short passing and very important must have long shots to rarely, all at the player instructions tab, and the player that is supposed to receive the pass must be there, attacking midfielders (AMC) and advanced playmakers (MC) tend to be there when needed ;)
