Connor Wickham

hi all

its me again... i was wondering how do u play with Connor Wickham?
He has played 14 games for me scoring only 2 goals and 6 assists...
is that best of him??? what to do with him to get better?

hi this is one of my favourite players, I always buy him as my backup/future lone striker for whichever team I manage. He has all the attributes to be a great target man playing either up front on his own as i play him with two fast wingers either side of him playing off him or even with a poacher type striker alongside him. Personally i believe he is best suited to play as a lone target man played in the attack role with two fast midfield/winger players behind him in the support role, probably set to inside forwards. He is incredibly strong for his age so can hold the ball up very well to bring others into play and although his teamwork and work rate are not yet that good his mental stats will rise rapidly with playing time. He also always scores headers at least one every other game for me even at a lesser team so if you can have wingers crossing the ball in too him he will get you the results dont give up with him, im in my 5th season with west ham and im getting bids of over 25 million for him from the top clubs :] hope this helps !

thanx man... i play him as a targetman but im playing 4-1-1-2-2 and other striker is poacher its Leigh Griffiths and Leigh scored 23goals and he was injured for 5-6 month but this one does not whant to score yeah he got great stats and i dont whant to sell him... thanx for tip for lone striker i will try that wenn this season ends cuz im fightin for 6th place with Chelsea and i need now someone who scores :DDD

your english is great i cant believe you use leigh griffiths as well as me, we must be similar managers, i got him for a million from Dundee FC very cheap and scores loads, next season you will be unstoppable with those two up front if you play with a defensive midfielder you should try "Anthony Annan" he is very cheap and can be bought for about 4 million, check his stats and you will see why he is so great : D good luck against Chelsea, they always beat me :[

damn it they beat me but hey first season in premiership and finished 7th
Leigh is beast already as u can see and i got him for 250k Annan moved to CSKA Moscow for 3.5M and they dont whant to sell them

those stats are brilliant, imagine him up front with wickham next season great first season, hopefully you can still qualify for europe through the intertoto cup, i think finishing 7th gets you into that so a very good first season let me know how your pre season goes and who you decide to bring into your club, im going to be putting my leeds story up soon that im starting now, first signing... leigh griffiths!!! shame you missed out on annan, hes a favourite of mine!

football is the best way to connect so did you take the Bayern Munich job then, high expectations if you did you will have to win everything? will you be taking "Wickham" and "Grifiths" with you? lol

I will be starting with Leeds when the last FM 11 patch comes out in the next few weeks, i do not want to start a new career without the major transfers having been updated, TORRES at chelsea and LUIS SUAREZ at liverpool for example :] so my story wont be up for a while, as your a leeds supporter you will be looking forward to it :] LUCIANO BECCHIO!!!!

i have rejected job offer from bayern but i wanted to start new season with Leeds and i overwrite my Southampton save :(((( so its from fresh start but now with Leeds... i sold few players like Grella, somma, naylor, becchio, kilkenny, gradel and johnson and bought Leigh and o'connor... wenn that patch comes pls tell me and give him to me also thanx

you overwrote southampton :[ the update patch will probably be out march the 1st, it will be made available on this website in the download section, are you using patch 11.2 at the moment?, do you use steam or did you buy the game from a shop, i use steam it automatically updates my game. When i start my leeds career we will have to see who gets promoted first

no i use 11.0 patch wenn i update to 11.1 or 11.2 my game say's that i must have disc :(((((( so i dont know will it work with new patch also i hope it will...
sorry i dont know what is steam? i instaled game offline that i got from btjunkie

steam is the programme we use in england to download games off the internet instead of buying the game from a shop, is much easier, maybe you can not get it where you live. i will try to find a patch that wil work without the disc for you when the final update is released in march i will always help a leeds fan
