Help my U20s is not in a league

Please need help, im willing to pay if helped correctly. My u20s since the start of my save don’t play games. I thought as the game progressed, and my team had more reputation that would change. Never did, even now as my 4 season in Serie A, and first appearance in CL is about to start.

Please can someone help me, so my u20s team can play in Primavera 1. This season, as the season hasn’t begun yet. I tried with the editor, even bought the live editor for the first time ever. Still couldn’t do it. Maybe you know a way ?

You need to open all the leagues in that nation, don’t preferences and add-leagues to check you have selected all the leagues as playable.

it won’t take immediate effect, you have to wait until the following season.
