Problem with the latest update 24.4.1 editor data's not showing

with last update i cant reload logo packs and transfer data's

i texted the technical support for older version of fm24 24.4.0 but their answer is "there is no going back sorry"

what should i do. i reloaded files. deleted and again and again installed :(
