need a good Premier League DC

well i'm in Nottingham Forest in the middle of the first season and have almost sure promotion... I've been thinking we need a good DC to have a chance in premier league. I have already some players in my mind but any advice would be welcome since my budget is not a huge one!
PS: I'm not looking for just a decent choice, I need someone top class even if it takes him few years to develop...

I think i'll go for sean morrison for sure because i can get him for free on summer and had already spotted him.
I'll try for one more since i consider him a future player so I'll check them out..

Leonel Galeano definitely, try looking also at Rafael Toloí, he might be too expensive though.

Get Raphaël Varane if you have the time to let him develop. Cost me only 3m from Arsenal on my FC Groningen save and has an 8+ average rating halfway my 2013/2014 season with 6 times man of the match :)
Another DC you could get is Andreas Granqvist (FC Groningen) Chelsea bought him after 2 seasons of ratings around 7,6 and now he plays for Barca! I think you will be able to pick him up quite cheaply as well :)

Leonel Galeano is a class cb i bought him for real betis to help me when i got promoted to the spanish first division , also it may be too much money but i think Otamendi from porto for around 6-7.5m is a steal hes so under rated and is in my opinion world class.

Jordan Spence is amazing on fm2011, i tried buying him in the 2015/2016 season for £12 Mil, before man city came in with a £14 mil bid and he has slotted straight into their defence.

Scott Dann would be a great player aswell.

whoever got relegated probably has at least one good CB, like u have at least 6 experienced CB's that usually are so easy to buy. E.g. I once bought Hangeland from a relegated Fulham fo a fairly cheap amount
