Clubs not found

Hey there,

I've been using Genie Scout for a while and haven't had any issues. I have the G version and everything was ok, I didn't touch anything on Scout side (besides updating it)
However, I just started a new save and now clubs are not loading. All other data seems ok, but clubs don't exist. Search results show 0 for clubs and players they all seem that are free.
