I bought/signed a lot of players to improve my Ceuta squad and had the match preparation set to very high with team blend focus. Although my AssMan tells me that the new players still have problems blending, this set-up worked wonders for me and my team's performing very well. A couple of weeks have past and my AssMan's assessment tells me that there's already no problem with players not blending in the squad. So I decided to lower the match preparation from very high to average because I also want to maximize my players potential via training. Then the nightmare starts. My team hasn't won a single match since and it looks like it's not changing because most of the players have poor morale. I don't know if it's a coincidence or does the intensity of match preparation play a HUMONGOUS role in winning?
Maybe you have very intensive training and maybe that's why players have poor morale because they have train hard. And also I always have vey high on team blend in my saves and my team is usually winning.

I decided to set my match preparation again to very high and the team is back on track. Three wins and 3 draws for the last 6 matches.
Now, I've read the guide MLR suggested and it says there that the intensity only affects the bars aka your team's familiarity with the tactic. I don't know what to believe, but based on my experience, my team performs well if the intensity is very high. I would really like to lower the intensity for the regular training, but I'm afraid to risk my team's form.
