How to create Leagues, Tournements ect.

A few weeks ago I posted a thread asking if there was any Arab Leagues that could be downloaded to be played. I did get a few replies but not much luck on getting anything I could play. One person did suggest I create them myself, I don't really have any experience or knowledge on how to do this and I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how to do this or if anyone knows of a guide available? Anything I create and I feel is a good standard I will make available on here for everyone. Cheers for any help in advance

If you want I could create Arab leagues and put onto megaupload or somewhere and thenyou could see how to do leagues.

Yeah that would be great mate, could I load it up afterwards in editor to see how it is done?

Just had a go at making a new league, I created the Egyptian league and had a bit success. I was wondering mate, how do I make sure that teams from these new leagues will qualify for the right tourenments such as the CAF (African Champions League) and similar cup?

From my experiance teams always gualified into continental competitions. Usually from 1st place into CAF or similar.
