I was wandering which club I should do out of west brom and stoke.
If I did west brom I would look for a centre mid 7.5mil or less (any ideas)
If I did stoke I would look for any good player around 10mil (any ideas)

Stoke! and by Coentrao, in the demo i got him for his exact value, so then u have about 7 million euros left to buy for.
It completely depends on what style of team you want, yes you can adapt a team to your style of play but each has their own starting setup and the players are both used to (and generally good at) playing their current rolls.
For example, Stoke are very good at breaking up the opponents play, getting the ball in the air, set plays and are great at pumping the ball into the box. Whereas West Brom are more suited to getting the ball down, playing quick pass and move football. So really it depends on which style is closest to your favourite tactic as it'll be easier to slowly introduce your play style in.
Also, I've been ranting and raving about this player, with the funds at Stoke (or West Brom, but you said you'd go for a midfielder with them) I would reccommend Iker Muniain, as he's very young and already talented, in my first season as Arsenal he made 26 appearances (7 starts, 19 sub) getting 14 goals & 8 assists with an average rating of 7.2, as the years have gone on he only gets better, plus with his age he doesn't need to be registered to the 25 man squad. A quality buy.
