Email Genie but zero reply

I'm a long-time donor of this tool — I believe I've donated every year.
I've recently bought a new PC and now need a new key. I sent an email to Genie but haven’t received a reply yet.
Is there any way I can get a new key?

Almost 2 months without a reply , show , for sure never will see my money .
