patch 11.3 - built-in editor broken?

the patch installed yesterday via steam. i can play and everything.
wanted to look in the editor if some of the talent-ratings changed at all, but it doesn't load the database anymore, it always gets stuck while loading.

does anyone else have this?

Schnopsnon can i just ask what is the in-bulit editor and how do i excess it plz??
