maybe a dumb question!?!? but iv downloaded the 11.3 patch and was wondering where you put it? just in fm file? never updated a game before but about to start a new game and thought might as well.
unpack/extract the file if you need to (RAR file or similar) you probably wont need to do this, then simply double click the patch(.exe) and it should do it all automatically.
