[FM11 Video Tutorial] Player contract negotiations made easy

Hey guys, I made this short video tutorial on how to negotiate fair player contracts. I always felt like I was pulled over the barrel when my contract offers got accepted quickly and I felt like I could've offered less. Then I found out the approach I'm showing in the video. Hopefully it can make the contract negotiations easier for some of you.

succeed in negotiating with the agent doesn't mean the player will accept the offer afterward. not to mention that we need to put agent's patience into account and the club financial/wage status in which the player tends to demand higher wage in a rich club as well as to match his mates' wages.

Again those are factors in which you can do but u won't get the best contract out of him. This is a video to rtry and get the best contract out of him. Regarding agent patience, that obvious maybe be slightly leiniant. NTM can't make 40 min video explain every decesion and how to optimise everything as that would be far too much to ask to cover, and would be close to infringement in some cases if you basicly did it incredibly detailed.
