Basically, I'm playing a 442/4411 with Spurs, naturally I want to get balls in the box and have signed Cardozo - Standard.

Both Bale and Lennon have crossing set to hit Target man.

Hutton and Baines at full back also have crossing set to hit the Target man.

Cardozo is playing as Target Man support. And his role in the team is set to Target man with aim at head activated.

I have limited his creative freedom to below half way, but I just can't think of a way to stop him wondering around the pitch. I want him in the box at every attack, and not drifting to the flanks.

My crosses are wasted as they just go to the opposite winger at the far post. Needless to say, my gran could beat Lennon in the air...
well, first of all you should put him on attack to keep him up front, secondly you can make sure that his wide play is set as "move into channles" to make sure that he goes straaight forward into the box
Weell it seems pretty stupid to limit your attack to just a target man! So if I am the opposition ill just mark your target man and push my players forward!
