Feeder Club

Is it possible for the manager to affect the short list given by the board regarding feeder clubs? Or better yet, pick a specific feeder club yourself and let the board decide?

If you are succesfull and spent a few years at a club, the board lets you pick a team.

Butt its not very handy in my opinion, the club that you pick isnt always (read most of the times) interested.
I always just choose one of the other options, wich is most of the times very usefull and succesfull to me because the board comes with clubs that are interrested.
Somethimes there is not a club that you want, but then i wait and ask again when possible.

I did a few seasons with Liverpool,I'd won the Premier,FA Cup,League Cup for 3 seasons in a row and the board said I can pick my own feeder team, I wanted to pick Walsall but they wouldnt let me...they came back to me with other teams of their choice....
