Players wont sign!?

Hi guys has anyone else come across this? I've been playing a career and I've been quite successful, Started with Charlton, then a spell at Fulham and now West Ham, who were destined for the drop when I took over, we finished 10th in my first season, 2nd season finished 9th, won League cup and FA cup! which is amazing I thought!?

However, what I'm finding now, any player in the Premiership are not interested in joining my squad, for example, I'm trying to sign Ramsey, Gibbs, Bartley all from arsenal and all transfer listed!? and they are not interested?? however foreign players will EVEN from Barca and Real!? I don't get it?????

Maybe Arsenal has a higher rep than Barca and Real? Or Arsenal is one of their preffered clubs.

Maybe it is because Arsenal is a rival of West Ham?

maybe because you attack with lack of professionam is manager!!!
