can't offer contract to regen

so here the thing... i checked out the dates of all regens creation and i was waiting for england to come 25.6
now i searched with geine for them and i just can't possblie offer them contract no matter how good or bad they are
currenly not intrested in disscuion of contrct with you club ?! and i notcied they all are unprotected...
any one have an idea how can i buy them!? wait till they get contract from the club or even worst find an agent :S...?

I dont think there is somthing you could do. Maybe your team reputation is low and that's why they don't wanna go or its that they just came to the club.

maby they feel they just arrived at their new clubs?

they were just created so i find it diffculet to belive they mind thah
thought it maybe the rep... i got 5116 according to GS...
well hopefully i will be able to buy some next year.
one more thing, the repution is dinamic right? i mean i after wining the cup and the league an going to champ leauge my repution will raise right?.
