Yes, you will in fact be 200 years old :p I think there have been people advancing their game to over the year 3000 and maybe even further. After you have won everything, you do not have to 'retire'. You can, for example, choose to start at a smaller club and bring them to the top. Alternatively, you can start a new game at a new club and or new competition (the option I prefer). Then, if you feel like it in the future, you can simply load your old game and play a season there
