when I start new games some "past experience" options such as 'sunday leauge footballer' and 'semi-professional fooballer' are ineligeable, I'm guessing it's because I haven't selected any teams with low enough rep. to hire a 'sunday-leauge footballer', but if anyone knows for sure why this is and if there's a way to get around it I'll be thrilled!
