I've just played a game, FC Koln vs Newcastle Jets. It was 0-0, but we (FC Koln) had 7 clear cut chances, and Newcastle Jets had 4. I was wondering if anybody had any more CCCs in a game without a goal?

I'm sorry for the long text but think its worth it!
I remember my first ECL final for FM11 with Olympiakos against Man Utd. We are complete outsiders. To be honest we were really lucky to reach the final since the best teams we faced in the knock-out games were Tottenham and Atl. Madrid while clubs like Barca, Real and Bayern (true contenders) were eliminated.
Anyway, we're in the final and have nothing to lose. Manchester are expected to dominate and they seem to meet up to their expectations: after 30 min the score is 2-0, I have lost my best right winger due to injury and my best player (Neymar) is underperforming.... At least I had managed to worry them a little with 1 CCC in the whole first half.
So, in the half time i decide to risk a lot since things couldn't go worse... I withdraw one CM and throw Carlos Vela in the game as a second striker. I change tactics from 4-3-2-1 (two wingers and a striker) to 4-2-2-2 ( 1DMC, 1 CM, 2 wingers cutting inside and two strikers).
The result was outstanding! We dominate the whole pitch and after ten minutes Carlos Vela scores and we start to believe in victory again! after another 7 minutes Diego Buonannote (really short guy) scores with a powerful header(!!!!!) from corner!!!!!
Perhaps this has been the most exciting game in my manager life so far and it was really driving my crazy as we were loosing one CCC after the other. Ochoa for Man Utd was going for MVP, he let nothing go inside. The first 90' end and we have 14 CCC in overall! Which means 13 in the second half while Manchester had only 1!
I'm really about to get a heart attack since we get so close too many times but just can't score!
Extra time goes all the same... Although my two midfielders have died (condition ~50%),we get another 3 CCC and United 0 but still nothing goes in and we head to the penalties.... They end 8-7 for United... After 17 CCC and two goals against the clear favorites I lose in the penalties!
After the game i knew 2 things for sure... First, i wish we had conceded one more goal after half time, lose a final 3-0 and say "ok, that was Man Utd". Second, I duy Dzeko! No more lost chances!
