How to play possesion football with many passes?

Hello,I'm managing Partizan in Serbian SuperLeague..And I win most matches,but I'm not satisfied with ball possesion and number of passes...Opponents often have more possesion than me..Can you give me some tactical advices,how i can rise ball possesion and number of passes..How to play some kind of game like Barcelona's? Thanks in advance..

dude, don't worry about possesion and passes, if you're clearly the better side don't bother looking at possesion and such... just look att mou's inter when they beat barcelona in milano, they had like ~30% possesion and yet they deserved their victory. Barcelonas style of play is a result of a unique approach, unique players and having no dignity what so ever when their about to loose the ball... don't get obsessed looking at possesion, focus on goals, CCCs, shots (and compare to longshots, if your leading shots 10-5 but have 9 long shots you shouldn't be pleased), this will give you a real insight in how your team is doing.
