Get in Preston! We now 5 points clear of the relegation zone!

Any other Championship fans out there?
yeh i was thinking that its not often i find many who like to watch the championship so all the english football talk goes into the premier league thread.

but yh i love championship. fucking shocking ipswich lost. all went to hell. absolute fucking shite. really frustrated.

i had a few bets haha

Red, I don't get why it should all go thru the Premier League thread. In theory it is off topic of what the thread is about.

I have seen threads (even if the last couple of days) that didn't need to be created because one already existed and was still active.
Would be, had Yeovil actually turned up to their L1 playoff final last year! Good to see Bristol City top though. This year's FA Cup just shows the strength of championship teams; I'm tipping Barnsley to win it..

eh a draw for bristol aint bad. they are doing well. burnley won as well. quite a shock tbh. never a doubt they could do it at home, but personally thought a draw there as well.

QPR have a good form now as well at home. they have played well recently.

QPR should be doing well considering the pennies they have spent and are possibly the richest club in Europe at the moment.

Yea, I hope not - hope they finish below Preston and 2 or more teams below them!

hahah. the championship ends up to be a good league on many occasions. at times u might see a team dominate it. but usually it is tough as hell.

remember last season? it was brilliant as well. all the way in to the final whistle. plus a twist in there as well. haha

I think I remember reading that the Championship gets the highest level of average attendances in Europe with the exception of English Prem, La Liga & Serie A!!

Neil Warnock said last week that it is probably the most exciting division other than the Prem and he is right! Anyone can beat anyone!!

yh i would also say that these last 2 seasons of bundesliga have been amazing. i dont think many watch it. but i think they have an average above 3 goals per match.

They're the richest club in the world aren't they? I read something about how they have a five year plan to get to the prem. They aren't going to spend Chelski style, and because they're not a prem team they obviously aren't going to get the best players. They got in a good manager (can't remember his name - from Palermo I think) and are just going to build a strong team, rather than the best individuals.

Itt’s Luigi De Canio.

Its not how you get but more that you get there. QPR would have an open bank balance in the Prem something Sunderland and Derby haven’t had!
No doubt when they get there they'll spend a lot more once they're able to attract bigger players. They'll probably still need a couple seasons to establish themselves as a prem team first though.
