I have lot of good youth players in my u19 squad..But in previously games good youth players weren't develop into a good players..Can someone give me some advice how to develop youth player in right way???
What age?
If he is 18 or above he need to have minutes, in the form of first team football.
In your team or on loan.

Loan:
The higher level the better ofcource.
Wolves is better then notthingham forrest.
Its also better to loan out your player to a competetion that you have selected as 'playable'

First team:

Add him often to your first 18 and let him play occasionally (sub or first team against weak opponent).
Keep him matchfitt.

If he develops well and gets good rating, keep him in your first 18.
If he doenst delvelop well, loan him out to a team that wants him as a firstteam player, not as backup.
Ok,thanks..What about younger players..16,17..??? To keep they in u19 squad and wait to get older...or anything else.???
set a good traning schedule for your youth team, and get good youth coaches. Then loan them to smaller clubs, preferably to affiliated clubs.

Does training them on different technical thingys help raise thier stats
It depends on what kind of players you want to train. Put the schedule according to position the are like more defending training for defenders etc. Also dont keep them at same level as your first team as youth players tire quickly. Also give them sufficient strength training for them to develop physically.
Theres a left back im training he dosent have enough speed so im training him on his movement and quickness
Is it ok or what should i do to develop left backs any suggestions
