It's December 28, 2016. I'm managing Tottenham and managed to increase its reputation to 2nd in England and 4th in Europe. I bought Neymar in the second season developed him into a world class player. But I'm still having problem making him score. I've won a lot of trophies and he has been a part of all of it but his scoring is less than what I know his capable of.
I set his role to Poacher. Usually, he gets the ball outside the box and dribbles his way in, sometimes making the shot, and most of the time not. I don't know what to do to make him score consistently when he's one on one with the GK like my other forwards (regen or not). PLEASE HELP!
Try to teach him to 'place shots'

I signed him for arsenal during 1st season and play him left wing because I have found the same problem you have
After 3 years he scores around 15 league goals (20 in total) from 35-40 games on average.
I feel these are good scoring stats for a winger
Had a similar problem with him at Juventus in the first year, he only scored about 15 goals. However, made him a lone striker with 3 AMC's behind him (all coming forward to support him), gave him loads of freedom, and he scored 40, including top scorer in a winning champions league campaign.
train him to "round the keeper" and "place shots" , scored like this for 20 goals out of 45ish for me for porto, even works against the top teams in champions league, his dribbling and pace allow him to beat the keeper every time, then he will just place it into the empty net, train his composure stat as well so that he wont miss under defender pressure. I play him as a winger on the side of falco who is playing as a lone striker with hulk on the other wing.
i'm just make him to train finishing... and he always scoring when i need.. he become super subs in my team
I agree with leyson... I had a similar problem with alexis sanchez in my Udinese-save... with these fastpaced technial kids 'round keeper' is lethal!
Has anyone had any dicipline/ happiness problems with him?
