HELP CAN'T WIN!!!

So... I'm playing a very uncommon club.
It's called FC Emmen from the fist division of Holland.
I've lost almost everything and it's just very frustrating.
I've put my tactic and scores in this topic

First of all I see that almost all your first team players have condition under 90% so changed them and in future try to rotate your players. Second of all you only played five games in league so your team still can win some games. In match preparation I would recommend to tick team blend and very high so team could blend in together so they could perform better.

Try and make sure you play players in their natural positions and listen to any pre-match advice your assistant gives. Encouragement is key and if you find yourself in a winning position towards the end of a game change to a defensive tactic but make sure your defenders condition is high
