My season began in 2010 early august i took over arsenal from my was surprised by my budget of 15 million pounds, but nevertheless i needed to address arsenal's defensive issues "birmingham" we all know the story so i started the season with my acquisition of coentrao the Portuguese left back he was a great replacement for clichy who has some defensive issues and clichy was ironically sold to man city for 15 million, coentrao was bought for 8 miilion plus monthly instalments at 1.5 million for 6 months.

These events happened in the space of a week in FM i want to see the responses i get so ill know if i want to carry on or not.

Yeah good shout with Coentrao in for Clichy. I was also surprised by the £15 million transfer budget but I think it's cos Wenger had signed Koscielny and Squillaci that summer so some would of already been spent. An epic bargain CB to buy is Diego Lugano. Experienced CB, strong, good tackler and good in the air. Worth £2.9m with a buyout clause of £3m. Can't go wrong and he was well good for me.
