How many times can I use my FM 2011 activation code?

Is there anyway I could download my FM2011 disc onto my computer without needing a key code or with the key code I've used still working?. My laptop's broke and I can't play it

I think you can use your key code up to 5 times if I can recall, so that should be 5 different computers basically.

It seems some people have reported they couldn't use it more than 3 times though.
