cannot speak basic language?

Under the personal tab of my players profile there are some players that have more than enough days to gain the belgian nationality (1503 days and only 1095 needed) but it says: cannot speak basic dutch or french in my case. Other players who have been only 750 days learnt the language?

Any remedies ?

Nothing you can do mate, It can take up to 3 years for some players to learn a new language.

That was my first gues to but I checked them and they're all 12's and 13's.

Patience was never my strong point but this time there's no way around it...
