How long does it take to receive the email?

Just paid for the download and havent recieved the email with the link. How long does it normally take? So if this is the wrong board for this Question.

Normally you should receive the email after a couple of minutes, once the payment is successful.
In case there's a delay you should use the customer support contact form to resolve any issues.

You might have already received the email by now, please let me know of your status.

I'm having the same problem. The money has already been taken from my bank account. I've e-mailed customer service too, still waiting for a reply. Cheers.
