what is "universially" known as the best training schedule out there for fm 11? or atleast in the very top.
My personnel opinion is to make your own and adjust as required. For me each team is different and each manager is different which in turn means training will be different.
i agree with paul1576, you need to train players to suit your style of play, i.e. you don`t want a really strong winger if he can`t cross the ball. a few months ago i watched a documentary about Barca youth developement and it inspired me to try to do a similar thing. they do hardly any fitness or strength training and mainly do technical work. So, i revamped my youth training schedules to try and emulate them. the result is that after 2-3 years the youth players coming through are able to control the game much more. i also have seperate training for players under 21, keeping older players on a high training for fitness.
What is the name of the documentary? Or could you post a link? I love stuff like that, very inspiring.
