This is only my second attempt on writing a story and I am still pretty unsure how it will go after the rather abrupt ending of the first.
After a lot of thought I decided to manage the team I would consider my Initial success,

The season has started, a new alias for a new journey.
I'm former Danish international Tobias Johansen, and THIS is my story.
It was my first day at the training ground, yet there seemed to be a surprising lack of enthusiasm and it felt rather awkward when the backroom staff greeted me with what was a half hearted Hello. The club seemed to be in more of a mess than what appeared on the field.

Nonetheless after a brief meeting with the coaching staff I headed to the boardroom to meet up with the chairman and discuss our season objectives. We both agreed that it would be best to just concentrate on not getting relegated again. I was also given £20m to maneuver in the transfer market, which seemed like a lot, but given the amount of changes needed at the club it clearly wasn't enough.

How did you get 20m.?

A Breath of fresh air!

While it was definitely more like a gale of fresh air. With the WHOLE of the backroom staff gone and new members where brought in to get the best out from the players, who themselves were now supposed to be on their toes with the arrival of more competition!.

macdab55 is right, i played with New Castle before and they gave me 300k, u must be very lucky or used the editor :D
after the final patch newcastle have lots of money. There a rich club with hardly any debt and they just got 35 million for selling Andy carroll, thats why they get 20 million to spend.

Also, if you keep checking the transfer clauses of your club, after a few weeks or months, there is a future buyout clause for Andy Carroll at liverpool. Activate it and you get another 15 million or more. This is because a 50 per cent of next transfer fee clause in his contract.

Good luck with Newcastle, I go to watch them every weekend :D
well thanx leyson17, i dont have the final patch but it is really good money for Newcastle i think he can build a good team with it

Chelsea vs Newcastle

http://i1084.photobucket.com/albums/j406/imredalert/FM%202011/ChelseavNewcastleInformation_Overview.png

A spirited defeat against a team we were supposed to lose heavily. Despite starting my career with a loss I wasn't really disheartened but looking forward to the future.

Newcastle vs Man City

http://i1084.photobucket.com/albums/j406/imredalert/FM%202011/NewcastlevManCityInformation_Overview.png

My first home game, and what a game it was! We were not given a chance at all by the pundits, but were not only the eventual winners but also the better team.

Walsall vs Newcastle

http://i1084.photobucket.com/albums/j406/imredalert/FM%202011/WalsallvNewcastleInformation_Overview.png

I decided to rest my whole team for this one and was happy with the result. The league cup is a competition I am trying to go as far as possible, hopefully we are able to qualify for Europe through it.

Wolves vs Newcastle

http://i1084.photobucket.com/albums/j406/imredalert/FM%202011/WolvesvNewcastleInformation_Overview.png

A hard fought victory in an even match which looked to be headed for a draw. It was going to take a moment of brilliance or one of carelessness to decide the result and it was the latter, which happened twice.

Thanks for the support leyson. I definitely want to take this as far as possible.

Newcastle vs Bolton

http://i1084.photobucket.com/albums/j406/imredalert/FM%202011/NewcastlevBoltonInformation_Overview.png

A gritty performance and two 'player of the month winning' goals from Tamas Kadar saw us run out eventual winners.

Sunderland vs Newcastle

http://i1084.photobucket.com/albums/j406/imredalert/FM%202011/SunderlandvNewcastleInformation_Overview.png

We were really lucky to come away with a draw at Sunderland, something which did not go down well with the fans and I had to hear about it for quite some time.

Newcastle vs Blackburn

http://i1084.photobucket.com/albums/j406/imredalert/FM%202011/NewcastlevBlackburnInformation_Overview.png

The league cup is the silverware we are aiming for this season and a good win against Blackburn put us on our way to the next round.

Newcastle vs Blackpool

http://i1084.photobucket.com/albums/j406/imredalert/FM%202011/NewcastlevBlackpoolInformation_Overview.png

This game led to quite a few realizations. Kevin Gameiro finally scored in open play and how! A superb hattrick which led to a comfortable victory.

Stoke vs Newcastle

http://i1084.photobucket.com/albums/j406/imredalert/FM%202011/StokevNewcastleInformation_Overview.png

We finally lose! While the game itself was rather equal, it was Stoke's superior height which decided the contest. Not too disheartened but we need to get back.

Newcastle vs Arsenal

http://i1084.photobucket.com/albums/j406/imredalert/FM%202011/NewcastlevArsenalInformation_Overview.png

A cracker! No other words needed to describe this game. Also, another hattrick from Gameiro.

Aston Villa vs Newcastle

http://i1084.photobucket.com/albums/j406/imredalert/FM%202011/AstonVillavNewcastleInformation_Overview.png

We were probably the better side in the second half which led to the win after a battle in the first. This was also the surprise league leaders first loss.

Newcastle vs West Brom

http://i1084.photobucket.com/albums/j406/imredalert/FM%202011/NewcastlevWestBromInformation_Overview.png

An easy victory over West Brom secured our passage to the quarter finals of the league cup. We are definitely gonna win this!

Table

http://i1084.photobucket.com/albums/j406/imredalert/FM%202011/EnglishPremierDivisionInformation_LeagueTable.png

Well, after just nine games we are in the top four. While a finish in the top 6 or 7 would be a viewed as a success.

Unsung Hero

Chris Baird has to be one of my questionable signings. I myself was not sure about him but his consistent defensive performances have left me rather happy. Hopefully he is able to deliver over the whole of the season.

The ones to look out for!

Both Tamas Kadar and Kevin Gameiro have to be named here. Gameiro looks to be settling in to the squad and can only get better. Kadar on the other hand has performed admirably despite his young age and is definitely one for the future.
good luck, you are doing pretty well...
Doing awesome for newcastle :]

best tip for newcastle, get rid of all the old players on crazy 50,000 a week contracts and replace them with young cheap players, it will free up lots of money to spend as well :D

Since I may not be as free as I thought I would be I've gone from match to match analysis to the next best thing, twice a season analysis.

Fixtures

Table

http://i1084.photobucket.com/albums/j406/imredalert/FM%202011/EnglishPremierDivisionInformation_LeagueTable-2.png

We were able to keep up our initial good form and have managed to remain in the top 4. The Second half of the season is going to be tough though, with us having to play all the top teams at their home. A warning shot to this was the 5-2 defeat to Man City, but if we keep getting results against the mid table teams we could finish near the top. A big problem has been a number of own goals that we have conceded. Mostly against top competition. On the bright side we are in the league cup semi final and totally locked on for the final after humiliating Arsenal 5-0 at the Emirates! Also Encouraging

Good luck with it all mate and I hope you bring them the glory they deserve. My team too!! :D
