When scouting a player and in the report it tells you where in the squad they would think they would rank alongide other players in a similar position. How would I find this 'raanking list' from my scout? Out of interet I want to see how my back room staff rank the whole team, each position and across every player not just best player for each positoin on my squad which I already know how to produce. Best way I could describe it :s lol

SO basically you mean when you scout a players he says: "There is currently not much difference between XYZ and our best striker Zyx", and you want this for all players?
There isn't anywhere a list for all players, like a ranking list, but more like a comparison between each player and the best on that position. To do that you can go to a player profile and click on "Reports":
And select from the top right corner the person that you want to get the report from, you can only get reports from training staff only:
Another way of getting sort of a report on all squad members is to select "Views" while on the squad screen and select "Assistant Reports"
