With the formation I am currently playing I use my wing-backs quite alot and was wondering if anyone knew of who played well in that position. Don't have to be world renouned but could be a hidden gem or someone who is a real good player but not always shown in the stats. Thanks for any help! :)

uh well firstly who are you managing are what are you aiming for?

Because right now I could give you anyone between the well known Danny Alves to the much lesser known Joe Skarz!

Fabio Coentrao is always a good buy for me. Even though his Left Wing Back position familiarity is currently as 'Unconvincing', I re-train him to LWB and he plays really well and consistently.

Roma's(now Fulham) Riiise, seems to be a good wing-back. You should check Italy and brazil for wing-backs.

You can try getting Van der Wiel but I'm not sure if he's able to play as a wing back and he is a bit underrated in fm :/

Playing as AS Etienne, top of the league atm 3rd season and challenging in the Europa soon to be Champions League :) Have about 16 mil to spend and wages can be covered up to about 60-70k per week :)

Romario from Vitoria in Brasil, is an excelent prospect, will become one of the best wingbacks in the game, however, he is still on the young side, there is Atila Turan, Serge Aurier, all young and talented, and quite cheap wingbacks :)
And yes, although it is already sold out somehwre, Corchia is very very good.

Gone with Romario for now, will see how he does seen as though he is only young may have to try for another player too. Thanks for all the help! :). Keep the suggestions coming I'm sure it will come in useful for someone soon too!!

im with Manchester city atm. and im playing Aleksander Kolarov as a wing back . hes going great . great crosses and can takae a free kick too . i suggest u giv him a go . or gael clichy

Gibbs and Jenkinson from Arsenal are brilliant as wing-backs. In one season Gibbs got 19 assists and jenkinson got 13 (2014/15 season that is). Jenkinson can play all across the defense and gibbs all the way down the left which is always a bonus. Both very CHEAP at the beginning of the game too!
