I have decided to take my coaches' advice and put players on individual training like they recommend after a few training schedules I download from this site seems to be causing a lot of injuries/tiredness to my Coventry team.

How useful is taking the coaches advice and putting them on individual training? As I am new to FM I don't want to mess around with it too much without much knowledge.
It is obviously your choice to do so. Individual training only helps in the player learning a new preferred move or unlearning any he knows. Some are basic like avoids using weaker foot and I would suggest putting your goal keeper and all single footed defenders on that. Attacking training should be tied up with the player stats and his own willingness to change, for ex I could not agree with Jonas to undo shoot rather than pass even though he is totally shit at shooting and wastes too many chances.

if you have good coaches and the coaches have good knowledge of the club then you should be taking their advice. if you personally see its wrong, for an example at times a coach might say that i should train a certain player to maybe dribble down the right. but if i personally don't see that benefiting his game and my tactics i wont listen. but often they give good advice, if they are good coaches obv.

also about the tiredness and injuries, you should make sure that match playing players get 1 day rest time to time if not after every match. also getting good coaches helps to make sure training goes well. also just bringing down the toughness of the training will help overall as well.
