Main leagues gone missing on new save

I've recently downloaded the new 25-26 download pack but when I start a new save and select which leagues to activate in the save all the top leagues aren't available for me to select. Leagues such as the prem, serie A, la liga and ligue 1. I'm new to downloading mods so I imagine it's something to do with the new mod pack I downloaded.
