Did you noticed that left DM always gets the worse ratings? sometimes bellow 7.00 when the the rigth DM gets 7.30's.
Maybe because usually is a rigth foot playing on the left?

No OIs and SPs I don't think it matters as FM26 is a pain to delegate

DMs are normally low, not sure why BBM,

Can someone tell me how to load the tactics into the game?
I have downloaded and converted them into the relevant folder; however, when I try to load them, I cannot see the tactic in the Portal > Tactics Planner > Load Item box.
