hello, when i try to start a new save i can't find the option of Advanced Settings - Add Players to Playable Teams, Allow Player Attribute Masking, Use Real Fixtures, and all of that Preferences is an option i cant find.. where can i find that option ?

Click on the Advanced Settings box you can find on the right side of the Advanced Setup screen.
