In FM26 instead of the usual 1-20 number for each attribute, we see words describing the numbers.
I'm not personally fond of that, and sadly it's not an option to change in the game's preferences.
But if you're wondering what each word means in terms of numbers, here's the mapping.
Unsuited ➔ 1-3
Reasonable ➔ 4-6
Competent ➔ 7-9
Average ➔ 10-11
Good ➔ 12-14
Very Good ➔ 15-17
Outstanding ➔ 18-19
Elite ➔ 20
