Hello guys! I do not have a problem with game crashes while using the ingame editor, unfortunately i have a problem with updating staff attributes. Can someone explain and help, maybe it is possible or maybe not available ;(

My PGE& IGE is working on my new save I started last night. However the only thing I can’t seem to do is edit staff attributes. I know they’re no longer digits, rather descriptive words, such as Elite, Outstanding etc. but there is no way to change them.
Other than that I can edit most things so far. Such as player attributes, contracts and that. I haven’t tried to edit financials yet tho.
Im hoping it’s a just a bug that they will fix regarding the staff abilities.

I ended up refunding this game. I came in right under the 2-hour gameplay time with Steam. My thinking is, I can complain all day long about this game and the right people in the right places will never get the message. But a refund sends a clear direct message. I'll play FM 24 for another year and try again next year with FM 27 if the reviews are better. If not, I guess that's the end of an era. I know lots of you have played longer than I have. I started back in 2014 and have played every version since.

whoever coded/programmed the game and the UI should be ashamed of themselves, this game is a complete and utter mess, zero quality testing was done that's for certain, zero effort made to ensure the gameplay was enjoyable for players.

it is a disgrace that this was put out, yet alone that they charged £50 for it.

Hey, the IGE is weirdly coded but most of the options are on different screens and then a drop down.

However, since the public beta - you cannot move players from your squad to other teams (which is how I clear out dead wood) its really annoying. it crashes as soon as you select another team.

The only way I've been able to do it is by using the app FMRTE

I get why people are looking for ways to tweak things in the editor, it just makes testing formations or tactics way easier. While messing around with some in-game setups, I actually came across https://eloboss.net/valorant-boosting in the middle of checking out guides, and it gave me a solid idea of how progress and ranking systems work without having to spend hours grinding. It’s helped me understand some strategies better, and honestly, seeing results safely made experimenting a lot less frustrating.
