Genie Scout running but can't see it

Hi Guys,

I have been using this fine up until this morning but now when I open it, I see the loading pop up and the icon appears in my taskbar but when I click on it nothing happens, it's like it is constantly minimized but I have tried it with nothing else open to be behind and the same thing.

I am using Beta 8 and have tried running it as administrator

Does anyone have any other suggestion on how I can get it to work?

I have just updated to Genie Scout 26g v1.0 26.0.3 Beta 9 and it is still the same

I'm unable to replicate this issue.
What version of Windows are you on? Any antivirus program installed?

I'm on Windows 11 10.0.26100

I'm using Malwarebytes Antivirus

It was working fine until yesterday morning, it's really weird it looks exactly like it running fine I just can't see the interface and when I click on the icon in the taskbar as if to maximize it, nothing happens

Same issue, but works fine when you launch Genie Scout in admin mode

Don't worry I've fixed it.

Just uninstalled completely and reinstalled and it appears fine now

Think it was an issue with my laptop

I'm having the same problem but isn't resolved when I either reinstall or run as administrator. It worked perfectly fine initially but in the last few days had more "file not found" errors until a couple of days ago it loads but remains minimised.

I'm running a powerful laptop on Windows 11.

Any help much appreciated.
