It states the download is 0b when installing, suggesting the .exe file or .app file doesn't exist on my steam for some reason. Please help. When I launch, it states there is a missing executable
Did you try to restart Steam?
If that doesn't work, right-click on Football Manager 26 Pre-Game Editor on your Steam Library, select Properties. Then go to Installed Files tab from the left sidebar. And finally go for the Verify integrity of tool files button.
