England not playable

Just updated to the new patch , went to start a new game and England is not playable.....anybody shed any light on this

Forget it .......ive sorted it .....schoolboy error

Please help me with how to fix it.

all i did was check any custom database you may have downloaded from steam or other sources and found some werent compatible with latest patch once i removed them it worked fine
