Can someone at FMscout go through and check all these Mods because half of them do not work anymore . Whoever is publishing them are not keeping them updated along with the SI updates so they are not working
Each mod creator should have the responsibility of updating their mod whenever needed.
The best we can do is try to message them a reminder, but that's an action any user can do and not an admin thing.
Sadly, some modders gave up on updating their files during the hotfix patch 'outbreak', while others might have given up on the game in general.
Since I have been managing the tactics submissions, I have contacted more than 15 users to update their submission files because some were missing data, and in some cases, no file was uploaded at all. Some users remain inactive, so I assume they have moved on.

However, some users still log in, and even when I send them private messages or reach out directly via chat while they are online, they choose to ignore the requests.

This issue is not solely the responsibility of the admin; it also reflects the mentality of some users who are unwilling to make the extra effort when asked.
Maybe add a mandatory 'patch version' to the submissions that make it clearly visible what patch the mod is designed for?

Should a user then use a mod that is not designed for the latest patch, that's on them.

In terms of updating mods, maybe their circumstances have changed and they don't have the time to update their mod anymore. Maybe they are just sick of the game and don't play it anymore. Or they are sick, like me, of the abuse they receive on something they do for free (not on this site, don't worry Stam).

There are many different reasons why to be honest but I feel like adding a patch version to the submissions would at least help to address the OP problem

I think that unfortunately, as in life outside, even in the forums, there is a lot of rudeness. As Mr. Tini says, insulting a modder because perhaps they haven't updated the mod. Someone should remember that 90% of mods are offered for free, from their free time, and from work that no one forces them to do....
So they should just say thank you, but now they just have the arrogance to demand....
p.S. Sorry for my terrible English.
Personally I try to update them whenever I can, but stuff is so busy in general. I do my best to update them as soon as I can and I believe mine all still work. If not let me know.
I don't understand why this topic was brought up two months after the original post, but since it was, I’ll add my two cents.
  1. Most people are idiots. This is an objective reality. They know nothing, understand nothing, are incapable of reading the first post of a thread or following simple instructions, and yet the content creator is always the one at fault in their eyes.
  2. Most content creators, by constantly kissing users' asses, have conditioned them to believe they can demand things instead of just being quietly grateful that something was shared with them.
Furthermore, I'll be biased here, but there is a strong impression that among people playing FM26, intellectual deficiencies are particularly noticeable. This is clearly a consequence of the large influx of casuals and FIFA players.
This year more than any other Football Manager release, the game is being updated so often that all the mods and add-ons need constant updating compared to previous years.

Sometimes a fix is released and then another update comes a day later, which breaks things again. It’s frustrating not only for users but also for the creators who make these mods.

I also agree that many people don’t bother reading the instructions or previous comments. Instead, they just use the comment section to ask simple questions that are often already answered in the post.
