So, i wonder if i can use the Editor in an online career and if i can select my manger and the others a team if we want to switch teams.
I hadn't tested FMLE in an online save until yesterday. It worked for me as a host. As a guest it doesn't work because the data are essentially streamed online from whoever is the host.
Now a couple of users reported that when using FMLE with an online save, it doesn't really work and their game crashes. The same users said they didn't encounter any issue with offline saves.
In my online save test yesterday nothing crashed.
Now to answer your other question, it's currently not possible to move staff members between teams. It's only available for players for the time being.
