HELP: Add a new lower division: 3ª Divisão Distrital de Setúbal

I'm trying to add the Setúbal 3rd district division to the Portuguese district leagues made by FMPT.
This division has 20 extint teams and/or teams that currently only have youth categories, after creating a copy of the 2nd division with 2 groups.
I've made several attempts and corrections but haven't been able to get it to work... it always gives an error.
Can anyone help me?
