When I use FM26 Live Editor online, my save corrupts a few minutes after making changes, making the game unplayable.

FMLE is not meant to be used with network games. But I'd like to know what exactly you tried to edit that caused this. It's impossible to investigate without knowing more details.
For the record, I've had no such report nor have I ever experienced anything like that.
