FM15 Duplicate Code Error

I can't activate FM15 because it was installed on to an other computer.
How do I re-activate it on to my new computer?

Is it not through Steam ?
Install Steam, sign in then install game, simple.
If its not through Steam then no idea.

it was installed on steam on an old computer.
now i am not able to install it on to my new computer.
