FMLE v1.9.4 [Feature Update]

Improvements
- New Stadium Search area and standalone Stadium profiles with way more data
- New editable fields City, Shirt name, Skin tone on Player overview
- Added checkbox Non-EU under Actions for players in Italian competitions
- Human manager can now be added as favorite/disliked in Player Relations
- Destroy All button added on Teams tab
- Load Data tweaks for further loading speed gain
- Added filter for Banned (suspended) players in Advanced Search

Bug Fixes
- Add/Remove Club Affiliations now persist save reload
- Resolved crashing issue when adding new bonus/clause on player's Contract
- Addressed crashing issue with Freeze Attributes for Staff
- Add Language now works when a player has no other extra language
- Move to Club is now more involved and overwrites duplicate entries
- Sorted visual bug with Player traits multi-select
- Correct descriptions on Edit History for human manager actions
- Autocomplete popups properly normalize special characters
- Preload all nations instead of only those of players loaded in a save
