Problems with Canales

He requested for transfer and I rejected it because he is a key star player for me. I try to have a convo with him and he refuses and say's our relationship is broken and he can't talk to me anymore. What do I do to make him happy again?

Ok basicly you annoyed him, so leave him convosation wise for about 1-2 months then he will begin to become co-operative, some people are just controversial for the sake of being controversial

Try offering him a new contract cos he wont play well if he's not happy from my experience!

I don't think he will want to discuss a new contract when he's pissed off...

Just wait a time, and he will be willing to talk.

Otherwise, you can offer him to clubs for 900million (300M now, 300M in 48Month, 300M when 10 goals) No club want him, and he decides to stay (done it 6 times :P)

The best thing to say with transfer requests is that you "want the club to grow and need him for the future" or something. I am currently managing a growing club and all my star players tell me they want to leave on a monthly basis and I think 90% of the time it works for me to tell them that I need them and if it doesn't, I become mad at them and they usually back down. It also seems like they forget their anger after a while.

Do you have any idea what the cause was of his unhappiness at the club? Is Real not doing well? Is he not playing enough? Are there players in the team whom he doesn't like? (Attracting Mario Balotelli can sometimes cause trouble in the team atmosphere :P)
